RoLanka ExcelsiorMat™ is a matrix of 100% Aspen wood fibers that is mechanically stitched between two UV stabilized, photo-degradable synthetic net(s). Over 80% of the fibers are at least 6 in or longer. ExcelsiorMat1 has one net on the top and the ExcelsiorMat2 has 2 nets on top and bottom. The components are sewn together with polypropylene thread. The ExcelsiorMat™ is designed for erosion protection that will last up to 12 months while providing support for vegetation establishment.
ExcelsiorMat™ is available in one roll size; 8 ft x 90 ft = 80 SY/roll (2.44m x 36.6m =83.6 m2/roll)
ExcelsiorMat has synthetic nets that can pose threats to wildlife. Do not recommend using in wetlands and other environmentally sensitive areas.
